PROGRAM-RANGE
In operation Roodhart K non metallic pumps have established a reputation in:
- Proven applications by solid non-metallics.- Oversized bearings.- No metallic components in contact with liquid depending on shaftsealings).- Wide performance range because of the possibility of several impellers.- Configuration with closed and semi-open impeller.- Low equipment weight.- Bearinghouse in epoxy resin.- Casing provided with non metallic flanges, drilled to DIN, ANSI etc.- Low NPSH values required.- Low noise levels.- Low maintenance costs.- Ease of assembling and re-assembling.- Shaftsealing of softpacking, single or double mechanical seals of all reputable sealmanufacturers.- Backvanes to decreases axial thrust on shaftsealing and bearings.- Shaftsleeve is an integral part of the impeller locked against reverse rotation.
The explosive growth of agressive liquids and also the need for high safety Assurance was the motive to develop the Roodhart type K non metallic pump.
Over 25 years experience and development in the chemical and petrochemical processes has proven its succes in resistance, performance and application.
Since designing horizontal pumps we have also developed a totaly integrated range such as selfpriming pumps, vertical pumps, sumppumps and armoured pumps for extreme conditions.
