The original firm was founded by Árpád Rajnai in 1968.We have been manufacturing car equipment since 1980.Our company has been 100% family owned since then.
We have been a supplier to the automotive industry since 1992.
Currently we operate from a plant spanning 5100 square meters and accommodating 150 employees.

We are able to cover the whole manufacturing process from plastic injection moulding to painting and lacquering of plastic parts, all of this within the company premises.When we start moulding, we already take the aspects and requirements related to the subsequent painting into consideration.
Since we offer a one-stop shop there is no delivery cost, risk of damage or time wastage and no need to deal with additional storage costs in between the various stages of manufacture.
We guarantee the perfect match between plastic and painting materials.This way we can reduce quality problems to almost zero: there is no blobbing, poor priming orpeeling.
We can undertake the painting and lacquering of parts in the required number of layers using our painting robots in a clean room and a closed painting system. With this technology we can achieve an extraordinarily resistant, long-lasting and aesthetic painting thanks to the 2-6 layered wet-on-wet painting technique.

We have our own tool maker and tool maintenance workshop.

ValVac vacuum sewage valve
The ValVac TM2 vacuum sewage valve is a product we proudly developed in-house. In the course of its development we have pioneered a valve system that drains communal wastewater from apartment complexes using a vacuum. This system is installed in locations where - due to the field conditions - the emerging wastewater cannot be drained through gravity.
We – thanks to our track record as automotive suppliers - pay close attention to detail in the manufacturing and assembly process. We provide a 2-year guarantee for the quality of our valves. The towns of Verpelét, Nick, Mártély, Szentistván, Mezőkeresztes and Alattyán have installed our valves during the construction of their sewerage network. The valves in vacuum sewer systems will be replaced with the valves manufactured by us in another 23 settlements.
ValVac TM-2

We use ARBURG PROFOAM technology on 3 machines
The essence of this is that by closing the end of the cylinder and the granule feeder "hopper" in the cylinder performing the melting and forwarding of the plastic, the injection moulding, the entire area of the pulley can be placed under a gas pressure of 10-50 bar.
N2, or C02 are the most commonly used gases. The gas is fed into the plastic raw material and the end-product is a gas-blended plastic product.

− less use of plastic,− 10-30% reduction in the weight of parts,− elimination of shrink-marks,− elimination of warpage,− less shrinkage of parts,− usable larger and variable wall thickness, − need lower clamping force,− reduces the degradation of the raw material in the cilinder.− in case of a fiber-reinforced raw material it does not break the fibers to
the same extent as the gas foaming technology applied so far (e.g. MuCell)
In 2015 we became active in the development of PLA biologically degradable plastic with a focus on heat resistance, flow properties, flame retardancy, fiber-reinforced ability, impact resistance, foamability, glass transition, paintability and sunlight resistance.

Our filaments are characterized by excellent, consistentquality. We are monitoring the product quality in-line and ourlaboratory too.
Our products have one of the best parameters available onthe market. On the one hand, we have formulated forourselves that the filament diameter tolerance of ourfilaments is made on the market ±0.05 mm instead of ±0.01mm.
It is also important fact, that the ingredients of our PLA filaments are food-approved.

Xenon chamber
The Q-SUN Xe-3 chamber is an excellent research, developmentand quality assurance tool in which it can be examined how thesamples will behave when exposed to sunshine, temperature andmoisture effects. The floor space of the 451 mm x 718 mmspecimen holder is nearly three times the size of the previousQ-SUN Xe-1.
Cycles can be defined to WAL-1 and WAL-2 too (SES N 3293), The parameters can be switched between:i.e. light and dark periods, periods withlow and high temperature, low and high humidity, dry andsprayed (rain imitating) periods can be alternated.
