River Flow Mission & Vision
Our mission is to use soccer as a vehicle for positive change in the City of Rochester, NY. River Flow players not only take part in year-round soccer training and matches but are provided academic, cultural, life skill, and community programs.
We are a community dedicated to building productive responsible citizens actively involved in bridging racial, cultural, and economic divides.

2009 Soccer Season in Review

Dress Code
All players must wear RFSC official training uniform during all training sessions.
All RFSC Players must wear official RFSC Nike uniform during all Games, and Tournaments
During all training sessions and games coaches, managers, and all other RFSC representatives will dress in official Riverflow apparel.

What You Can Expect
The program at Last Line Academy will use a variety of techniques and Cross-Training methods to provide all participants with the following skills and concepts:
* foot speed * covering angles * field of play * judgment on crosses * breakaways * proper weight distribution/form * ball skills * distribution as the first point of attack * diving/ball control * much more!

League Dues Tykes = $100/player U10 = $250/player Travel U14 – U17 = $350/player Payments are Non-refundable, DUE DEC 1st
What is included in my fees?35% = Uniform, Player pass & Player insurance25% = Indoor Rental Fees20% = League Dues, Referees & Tournaments (at least two)20% = Administration, Website, Field Maintenance, Equipment, etc

River Flow is a community that cares about the overall well being of our players and their families
We want to improve upon the health of this community!

Nutrition, Exercise & Health
We will do this by Providing nutrition and exercise health information
via a new section on the River Flow web site (check for it in a couple of weeks)
We will also be speaking with the U17 boys team about these issues and hope to eventually educate all of the River Flow teams during this year
