PRO-TIPS FOR USING GREAT RIDES BIKE SHARE:
Plan your trip: download the BCycle App to check bike and dock availability
Lock the bike if no docks are available: if you notify Great Rides that you had to lock
the bike due to no dock availability, demonstrating you rode responsibly, they will be
sure to remove the strike from your account
Do NOT leave bikes un-docked or un-locked: Once checked out, a bike is tied to
your student ID until properly docked. If not returned, you will be responsible for the
cost of the bike
Help Great Rides take care of the system: Repor t damages to the bike to Great
Rides; call 701-280-1202
Lastly, make it a great ride!

PUN OF THE MONTH
Tammy Helweg is the Account Technician for the depar tment. Her main job is to process payments, not only for the department but also for hall governments which does a lot of events! She is located in the Central Office and helps in a variety of ways from front desk support, telephone or cable issues as well as billing for conferences and camps during the summer. One thing she enjoys about working at NDSU and Residence Life is that there is always something going on! She enjoys seeing the RAs come in working on boards and hearing of the activities going on in the halls. She has worked within Residence Life for 17 years and in October she will have worked at NDSU for 19 years. A fun fact about Tammy is that she sneezes a lot and loud! The most she has
ever sneezed at one time is 10 with 5 being the norm. She thinks she startles people when she sneezes.
