SCOPE OF WORK
• Develop, manage & execute the Festival’s logistics masterplan and timeline
• Create, manage & reconcile Festival budgets, expenses & timelines
• Create overall strategy for revenue, sponsorship and donations
• Oversee advertising, marketing and outreach campaigns

• Build, manage and maintain relationships with the communities, artists, vendors, and venue providers
• Direct and manage on-site Festival set-up and clean-up
• Manage and execute Festival debrief including analysing surveys and recommending improvements or changes for the following Festival
• Submit milestone reports according to specified deadline

QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably registered with the Ministry of Finance
Malaysia under Services for Arts, Entertainment and
Tourism (field code 221305 or 221306)
• Established experience in all aspects of festival planning
including indoor and outdoor festivals
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Experience managing festival budgets
• Energetic, innovative, creative self-starter
• Problem solver and result-oriented.
• Able to work well under pressure of festival deadlines
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Malaysian citizenship, or of a partnership with a
majority of Malaysian citizen stakeholders
JOB LOCATIONOperational office should be based in the George Town UNESCO World
Heritage Site, George Town, Penang, Malaysia
CONTRACT
• 2 years from date of execution of contract
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Proposer to certify all materials developed
under this procurement to become the
property, in perpetuity, of GTWHI
