Application Process
In order to apply to Flagler College you need to make an online account http://www.flagler.edu/admission-aid/applyweb-online.html
After making your online account you are able to access the application forms
You will have 3 different forms to read and fill out Application Information & Instructions Application for Admissions Secondary School Recommendation Form
These are easily downloaded from the website above
Application Forms
Print out the application form and be sure to sign the application on the back. Attach the non refundable application fee of $40 to the front of your application. Do not send cash; make your check or money order payable to Flagler College.
Complete Part A of the Secondary School Recommendation Form and request your guidance counselor or principal complete the form and return it with your official transcript, or submit a letter of recommendation.
All freshman applicants are required to submit official test scores from either the SAT or the ACT.

Freshmen living on campus are required to purchase a full meal plan. These are the bare minimum costs. However you will need to consider an insurance plan. If a student is unable to meet the financial obligations there will be a cancellation in their acceptance.
Financial Aid
Flagler College conducts a comprehensive financial aid program to assist students in meeting the costs
It comes in the form of grants, scholarships, loans and employment
Grants and scholarships are called gift-aids because students do not have to repay them
Loans are made at low interest rates to help students Employment is done on campus through the school
There are four basic sources of funds for financial aid at Flagler College: The Federal government State governments Flagler College Private organizations

Getting Cleared
All students are appointed an academic advisor at the beginning of the year according to their major
In order to be cleared you must go and see your advisor
Prior to going to this meeting, you must fill out the registration form
Here you will fill out your classes that you would like to take and what year you are
In order to register make sure you have no outstanding fees with financial aid

Junior 60-89 Semester Anticipated Hours Completed
Sophomore 30-59 Semester Anticipated Hours Completed
Freshmen 0-29 Semester Anticipated Hours Completed
In order to know the day you register you must know what year you fall under. Your academic advisor can help you with the amount of hours you have completed.

Registering at the Registrar
Located on the 2nd floor of Wiley Hall
Many students prefer registering at the registrar because the people who work there know what they are doing, and can assist with any problems
In order to get your classes you want to be one of the first students there in line because the line can take along time
Having Problems?
If you are encountering any problems with registering or being cleared you can go to your academic advisor to ask for help.
The registrar building will also be of great help. They are located on the 2nd floor of Wiley Hall

Once you have added your classes online or at the registrar office you are finished. To make sure you have registered properly go to www.my.flagler.edu and click on “my courses” and see if the classes you added are there. If they are you are registered!
