and uniformity of Military Departments’ DES policies

Director of DES Operations: Ms. Priscilla Berry• Oversees Military Departments’ procedural
and operational standards to optimize DES performance
Director of RCP: Ms. Sandra Mason• Provides oversight to ensure uniform

Provides specific direction and expectations for the "Training and Skills of Health Care Professionals, Recovery Care Coordinators, Medical Care Case Managers, and Non-Medical Care Managers for Recovering Service Members”

National Defense Authorization Act §1611
More specifically:“. . . policy shall provide for uniform standards among the military departments for the training and skills of health care professionals, recovery care coordinators, medical care case managers, and non-medical care managers for recovering service members”
“. . . policy shall specify standard training requirements and curricula for [the RCC, MCCM, and NMCM] under the program, including a requirement for successful completion of the training program before a person may assume the duties of such [role]”
