Words cannot express my sincerest appreciation for all of
you, as instructional leaders, for being active and
knowledgeable participants in the Division of Educational Opportunity Access' 2015-16 Instructional Leaders Cohort. These professional development sessions were always

Networking for Teaching Entrepreneurship
DEOA and COPE Center North congratulates Kiera Wesby for winning first
place at the NFTE 10th Annual Regional Business competition on May 26th.
Kiera is the CEO of Baby Bliss, “A mother’s best friend.” She will be
honored in Tampa by Ernst & Young on June 9th and is looking forward to
competing at the National competition in New York in October.
The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship's mission is to provide programs
that inspire young people from low-income communities to stay in school, to
recognize business opportunities and to plan for successful futures. This is
the first year that NFTE has been offered at COPE Center North, which was
made possible through a grant given by AT&T.
Good luck Kiera!
