1. Prevent millions of tonnes of products and materials going to landfill
2. Work to alleviate poverty by providing social benefits and economic opportunities to people most excluded from society
3. Promote and fund scientific research for the public benefit in areas of reduce, reuse, repair and recycling and disseminate the results of such research

• Network with 100+ members• Member activity includes reuse, repair,
recycling, housing support, training, employment, composting and sustainable transport projects, across Scotland
• Currently delivering Revolve for ZWS

• Activity in all 32 local authority areas• 46,000+ tonnes diverted from landfill (p.a.)• £24+ Million turnover (p.a.)• 700+ staff & 3000+ volunteers• Third Sector contributes significantly
towards a zero waste Scottish economy• Recycling rate of 12% in 2004 to 0ver 42%
in 2014!

areas of deprivation• Focus on providing low cost furniture, white goods,
