FSA Regulation Any organisation that wants to sell regulated

insurance products has to be authorised by

the FSA. This can be costly, time consuming

and risky... But at QDOS we believe in making

things so much easier for our partners.

For our Partners who are already DirectlyAuthorised by the FSA or for those who arecontemplating such a move the followingstatutory requirements apply...

&n Six monthly reporting with an array of financial

and business information required

n Paying its annual FSA fees

n Holding (and paying for) Professional IndemnityInsurance

n Having all the Senior Management System andControls in place (and a clear understanding ofhow these relate to the FSA rules)

n Holding regular board meetings with detailedminutes of FSA related issues

n Minimum solvency margins

n Undertaking staff training and development(specific to insurance) for staff involved inregulated activity *

n Providing status disclosure information tocustomers*

n Monitoring Management Information related toTCF (Treating Customers fairly)

n Having a documented complaints process, witha system to record and analyse complaints

... And much much more. The FSA rulebook ifprinted stands at 5ft 6”

All of the above requirements take timeand cost money.

To give you all of these benefits QDOS recommend ITCCompliance. ITC are the UKs largest independent FSANetwork. They currently look after over 1000 motor retail sitesacross the UK and in our opinion are the only organisationwith the staff, systems, capital and most of all experience tomake compliance simple, business friendly and effective.

What if through QDOS you could get rid of all but two (*) of

the above requirements for much less than the cost of an

FSA application, your annual fee and Professional Indemnity

insurance cost... And leave yourself without the legal or

financial exposure of being directly authorised by the FSA?
