of resurfacing or reconstruction.● Does not suggest that the balance of the road network is
not in need of some level of repair or maintenance, but it has not reached a threshold where resurfacing or reconstruction is warranted.
● To address these needs, the City should be spending approx. $100M/year. In 2006, approx. $50M was approved as part of the 2006 Capital Program.
