Locate your camera Serial Number
On the bottom of every PTZOptics camera
there is a Serial Number. Right down this
number and keep it for your records.
It should start with the model number i.e.
12XSDI or 20XSDI.
Locate your camera Mac Address

Simply search for the camera on your network
using a Windows computer and locate the MAC
Address.

camera on the network simply enter it into any
web browser. The MAC Address can also be
found here under the “Network” tab.
