Welcome Back
God has blessed us with a vibrant parish and a growing Blue Ribbon Catholic School. With these blessings,
our Pastor and Principal have worked tirelessly thissummer to make these enhancements to our school:
The entire school interior was painted; New windows were installed throughout the
school; Outdoor concrete basketball full court
installed; New tile floor installed in Pre-K building; New STAR Learning Center installed in family
center.
As we begin another school year, a few changes havebeen made in the parish as well. Our school mass forthe children will now be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Wednesdays. We also have a new music teacherstarting this year, and we are all very excited to get toknow her.
We hope that, with your help, we may continue togrow and thrive as a community, parish and school.
A Word from the PTOFrom Mark Wiese, PTO President
Welcome back to school everyone! The Sacred HeartCatholic School PTO has been working hard over thesummer to brainstorm ways to make the school year asuccess for everyone.
First off, I'd like to express our thanks to the outgoing PTO volunteers. They worked tirelessly for a few yearsand have helped carry the torch of finding ways to sustainthe incredible generosity of our parishioners, parents, andthe local community. For this new school year, the teamof parents involved in the PTO have collectively committed to continuing that tradition, while also
working to SHIFT the culture of how the school, parish, and PTO work together. We hope to make some strides, one step at a time, towards this paradigm shift in how each and every one of you view Sacred Heart Catholic
School, not just as a great school, but a great integratedfamily.
