The intent of the Fitzsimons Boundary Area is to support and connect the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus withsurrounding neighborhoods through special designapproaches and a mix of uses.
The intent of Residential Mixed-Use is to promote active and pedestrian-oriented residential areas that have a mix of higher-density residential and neighborhood-scalecommercial uses.
The intent of Original Aurora-R-2 is to encourage a range of housing types that are compatible in scale withsingle-family homes and help diversify the choices available for households of different age, size and income.
The intent of Original Aurora-R-1 is to protect residential neighborhoods and maintain the overall image and character of Original Aurora.
The intent of Open is to preserve and encourage thecontinuation of lands designated for park and open space use.
