TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS AFTER MSW SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
WHEN TO CONDUCT
�If after an MSW system maintenance, bets can’t be
placed on Singles or Multiples
� If after an MSW system maintenance, tickets are not
printed successfullyprinted successfully
�If after an MSW system maintenance, the terminal
homepage can’t be refreshed
�If other errors not mentioned are encountered after
the MSW system maintenance
PROCEDURE
1. Log out from the MSW terminal
(http://terminal.megasportsworld.com/)
2. Clear the browser’s cache – After conducting, check if
terminal is now working properly if not, proceed to Step 3terminal is now working properly if not, proceed to Step 3
3. Reset Internet Explorer -After conducting, check if terminal
is now working properly if not, proceed to Step 4
4. Restart the computer terminal
2. CLEAR CACHE
1. Close ALL Internet Explorer pages.
2. Click your computer’s START BUTTON.
2. CLEAR CACHE
3. Go to CONTROL PANEL.
2. CLEAR CACHE
4. Click INTERNET OPTIONS.
2. CLEAR CACHE
5. Click DELETE.
2. CLEAR CACHE
6. Check ALL boxes and click DELETE.
2. CLEAR CACHE
7. Go to Content.
2. CLEAR CACHE
8. Click Clear SSL State
2. CLEAR CACHE
9. A message that prompts
of the successful
SSL cache clearing
will appear. Click OK.
10. Your computer will work
for a moment, and then for a moment, and then
the process will be
complete. You've
successfully cleared
Internet Explorer’s Cache.
3. RESET INTERNET EXPLORER
1. Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are
currently open
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

5. Select the Delete personal
settings check box and click
RESET
6. When Internet Explorer finishes
applying default settings, click

Internet Explorer.
4. RESTART YOUR TERMINAL
COMPUTER
1. Click the Start Menu
2. Click Shut Down
3. Click Restart
