H0-H8= 2 ml / Kg / % SCB Ringer Lactate
H8-H24= 2 ml / Kg / % SCB Ringer Lactate
Ex: 2 x 80 x 70 = 11200 ml/8h= 1400 ml/h pendant 8 heures
Puis 11200 ml sur 16h soit 700 ml/h=22400 ml en 24h!

stridor/dyspnée laryngée• SCB > 40% + Brulures de la face
• La brulure de la face n’est pas une indication per se d’intubation!!

• Objectifs– Antalgique– Limite les pertes hydrosodée– Limites les pertes caloriques – Limite le risque de contamination bactérienne et
fongique
• Après lavage et antisepsis des brulures
• Préhospitalier= emballage des brulures dans champs stériles ou draps propres
