Located south of the Las Vegas Airport. The 350 acre parcel boasts convenient access to southern Las Vegas Strip and I-15, the major N-S freeway with easy access to Utah and Southern California. Portion of the site is also served by the Southern Pacific Railway.
The Master Planning of the Industrial Park was result of collaborating with Nevada Development Authority (NDA) and the industrial team at Coldwell Banker (CBRE). Primary goal was to attract manufacturing and warehousing industries in order to broaden the economic base of the City.
Due to the presence of Southern Pacific, Railroad in certain part of the park can accommodate those requiring rail served warehousing facilities. A 52 acres area was also designated as Foreign Trade Zone, providing tax incentives for industries requiring warehousing imported parts for manufacturing purposes.
