User Interface (Front-End)
• A Usability Audit was conducted on the existing system against a set of
recognized usability heuristics (evaluators for consistency and clarity)
• Issues were recorded and assigned severity ratings
• Improvements to user-flow, content display, platform functionality and
manageability were written into a proposal, and detailed in a functional
specifications document
• These accompany the brief and inform our front-end design decisions
moving forward:

Platform Enhancements (Back-End)
• Granular product filtering (for eg: use, form factor, screensize, series,
functions and even hardware variations within same model)
• Better store customization and self-printing of PDF collateral (brochures,
datasheets, white papers etc)
• 24/7 system availability
• Application downloads resume automatically
• Upon installation, users need only download content updates (not whole
program)
• Localised configuration settings (store intro, pricing, details) survive
content refreshes
• Audience Data Capture provides HP with market/store-specific user
navigation patterns and product preferences on IPOS (useful to identify
information gaps and for ROI measurement)

Deployment Plan
Online Deployment
The system will be deployed in a datacenter hosted out of Singapore with
direct connection to the international backbone to cater for regional
connectivity
Offline Deployment
If required, PMG (and its regional in-country offices) can help HP deploy the
system throughout APJ – down to local machines in individual stores
CONFIDENTIAL
Deployment Plan
Web Hosted
For a start, PMG suggests to host it out of a Singapore datacenter with a
shared server environment for cost efficiency. We can move this into a
dedicated environment when IPOS is enhanced with real-time transactional
capabilities.
Web-Enabled
Application may be web-enabled and configured to run through browsers
The system architecture is scalable for downstream enhancements to cater
for e-Catalog, e-Tailer and e-Commerce versions, without a complete overhaul

PMG is an instrumental part of the team that worked on, and delivered on the joint HP Personal Systems Group and Intel Corp “Make It Happen” Commercial Campaign. The key campaign premise of Making It Happen was put together by PMG, based on insights provided by the OMG team, in what is a sterling example of true inter-agency cooperation to crack a brief (and challenge) passed on from HP and Intel.
Working with the many professionals on the PMG team has proved to be an absolute delight, from the creative to interactive teams, through to account servicing. What impressed me the most was that creative standards have been so high on this campaign, that it’s a testament to the entire PMG team chipping in towards delivering to benchmark standards. This is the new gold standard that I am going to be judging the creative output of PMG by for future campaigns.

PMG have been our agency of choice for our last two major web projects, the most recent being a total overhaul of our website, including all content, imagery, flash elements.
They are creative, quick to respond and have an impressive attention to detail, and the result is a very successful and impressive website for APJ, including local language sites. In fact, our regional counterparts in Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and America have expressed strong interest in also implementing the website created by PMG. They understood our communication objectives for both education and lead generation, and worked perfectly to ensure our requirements were met.
Dealing with PMG was easy as they always strived to meet and exceed our expectations. They understand our internal systems and liaise well with the HP.com team. The amount of positive feedback we have received to the creative and user friendly site PMG have created for us is a credit to the talent of this agency, well done!
