Plastics testing and analyses
according to DIN | ISO | VDA | ASTM
In cooperation with QuoData certified -The pioneer of proficiency testing statistics methodology
The Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid has been an established supplier of interlaboratory proficiency tests for many years. The suitability tests are carried out according to the specifi- cations of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17043 in cooperation with QuoData GmbH, and they are suppor-ted by our laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025.For the exchange and evaluation of the data, including homogeneity and stability tests as well as the issuing of certificates, we make use of a software system that is established and validated on the market and equipped with the possibility of a comfortable online data inter- face.
Our ring tests cover a wide range of tests and analyses on samples in the plastics sector, including packaging and consumer goods.
Tailor-made ring trials due to the highest competence in plastics
high-quality specimen material, tested according to DIN ISO 13528 andrelevant for practical purposes
Responsible and exact evaluations with certificates by QuoData GmbH
Participation in proficiency tests are prescribed for laboratories that are accreditedaccording to DIN EN ISO 17025
Cost-efficient, neutral quality assurance of your laboratory
Proof of self-competence against third parties

Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid -The supplier for plastics proficiency testing
Your benefit
Reduction of complaints by means of detailed knowledge of the repeat andcomparative precision
Your advantages:
Analysis of weak points for preventive avoidance of complaints
Your bonus: Quick and competent help in case of deviations!
Statistical methodsRegarding the evaluation of data, depending on the type of its distribution, we work on the basis of DIN ISO 13528, normally with the robust statistical methodology Q/Hampel. Only in exceptional cases, a conventional statistical methodology with outlier elimination is applied. The laboratory quality is assessed on the basis of so-called z- and zu-scores. At the outset of each trial, the statistical methodology is accurately defined and documented - thus, an objective and neutral assessment is ensured.
