Flexibility is the capacity that permits us to

bend (doblar) and stretch (estirar) any of

our joints without feeling pain (dolor)..

Strength is the ability to resist great force,

stress or pressure.

Stamina/Endurance is the capacity that

we need to be able to continue doing an

activity for a long period of time

•Speed is the ability to move quickly.
