A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 400, Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2010 for the purpose of amending the land use designation on part of the property legally described as Lot A, Sections 28, 29 and 32, Sooke District, Plan VIP75447 (Phillips Road, Sun River Lands) from Agricultural to Community Residential.

Zoning Amendment: A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 600, Sooke Zoning Bylaw, 2013 for the purpose of amending the zoning on part of the property legally described as Lot A, Sections 28, 29 and 32, Sooke District, Plan VIP75447 (Philips Road, Sun River Lands) from Agriculture (CD2B) to Community Facility (P-2).
