    ParetoCharttoolisoneofthemosteffectivetoolsthatthemanagementcanusewhenitcomestoidentifyingthefactsneededforsettingpriorities.Paretochartsclearlyillustratetheinformationinanorganizedandrelativemanner.

    Thisway,themanagementcanfindouttherelativeimportanceofproblemsorcausesoftheproblems.Whenitcomestoprioritizingthecausesoftheproblem,aParetochartcanbeusedtogetherwithacauseandeffectdiagram.

    Now,drawalinegraphforcumulativepercentages.Thefirstpointofthelineshouldbeonthetopofthefirstbar.YoucanusespreadsheetsoftwaresuchasMicrosoftExcelforthisstep.

    Itoffersmanytoolsforcreatingandanalyzinggraphs.Now,youshouldhavesomethinglikethis.

    Step8

    Analyzeyourchart.Younowneedtoidentifytheitemsthatappeartohavethemostimpact.Identifythebreakpoint inthegraph.

    Ifthereisnobreakpoint,accountthecauses/itemsthathave50%ormoreimpact.Inourexample,thereisavisiblebreakpoint.

    Therearetwocausesbeforethebreakpoint,RoadtrafficandWorktillLateNight.Therefore,thetwocausesthathavethemostaffecttoourproblemareRoadTrafficandWorktillLateNight.

    Conclusion
