Classes• ESL ELA (90 minutes): for
students at a beginning or low intermediate level of English.
Students put on a play.
Students learn U.S. culture.
Students practice speaking, reading, writing, and listening in English.
They learn the same topics that are taught in a regular Language Arts class.

6th Grade pose on the last day
This is an elective course. Students learn advanced English strategies and receive help on other class work.

• Find one word each day that you do not know and write it in your agenda.
• Read in English every night and fill in the chart. This is due on Friday.
