Function of packaging

Recommended working methodTransport, storage & unpacking
� Transport and store film horizontally
� Transfer film from warehouse to grey zone
� Open the sleeve in the grey zone and remove it
� Open the separation foil gently and remove it• The separation foil is not-antistatic, so it attracts and holds
dust (prevents contamination of the inner packaging)• Don’t crumple up the separation foil to avoid the dust from
getting airborne
� Take the inner packaging to plotter room to be acclimatized
Recommended working methodAcclimatizing & loading
� Acclimatize pack per pack unopened for at least 8 hours
� Open the inner packaging (bag) (re-use label)
� Take the top PP sheet away and remove it
� Load the plotter with as many sheets as you can handle• Avoid: scratching, folding, cracking pressure marking
� Store the remaining film sheets in a film safe
