Use Quick StepsQuick Step Action
Move to: Moves the selected message to a mail folder that you specify and marks the message as read.
To ManagerForwards the message to your manager. If your organization uses Microsoft Exchange Server, your manager's name is detected in the Global Address List (Global Address List: The address book that contains all user, group, and distribution list e-mail addresses in your organization. The administrator creates and maintains this address book. It may also contain public folder e-mail addresses.) and inserted in the "To" box, or you can specify the recipient.
Team E-mailForwards the message to others in your team. Done Moves the message to a specified mail folder, marks the message complete, and then marks it as read.
Reply & Delete Opens a reply to the selected message, and then deletes the original message.

1. In the calendar view, click New Meeting button.
2. The meeting dialog box appears. Select Invitees, enter a subject and select a date and time. (Optional: Set Reminder, Categorize)

Recurring Entries• Recurring entries do migrate. However, please be
aware that recurring events that migrated to Outlook 2013 may have issues.
• If you are the meeting organizer and cannot modify a migrated recurring event or are having issues with an event, please delete the event and recreate it.

You are stepping away from the computer for a few moments.

Offline
Your computer has been idle for a period of time.
You are not signed in.
Sign Out Signing out will end the Lync session associated with your user ID, but Lync continues to run in the background. When you sign out, the sign in window will appear.
Exit Exiting will end your Lync session and will shut down Lync on your computer.
