office on Monday. Church Action on Poverty - Sunday 26th February We will once again have a collec-tion of foodstuffs for the Food Bank at Newmarket Open Door this weekend. Items such as: Tinned meat and fish Tinned and packet soups Rice, pasta Jars and packets of pasta sauce Breakfast cereal.
Tea & Coffee— will resume on Saturday evenings after Mass from 4th March. Join us if you can, you will be very welcome. Repository — St. Patricks Day cards, Mothers Day cards, First Holy Communion Day cards, and many more Special occasions cards avail-able from the repository. Come and have a look. Bible Alive— Lent edition now available at the back of the Church.
First Holy Communion Inscription Mass— March 4th/5th.
It is a requirement for all the children who are currently preparing for their First Holy Communion, and their parents/guardians to at-tend one of the masses on this weekend
Children will be asked to inscribe their names as a sign of their commitment to the preparation programme.
Confirmation 2017— Application forms are now available from the parish office for any young people in Years Nine and Ten who are
interested in doing their Confirmation this year. If there are suffi-cient numbers to make a group viable we will arrange for Confirma-tion to take place in our parish later in the year.

St Patrick's Day – Friday March 17th Join us for a Celtic Style Mass at 7.15pm followed by Bring & Share supper, music, dancing
and fun & games. Women’s World Day of Prayer – Friday 3rd March, 12 noon
This year’s event is a worship service prepared by women from the Philip-pines with the title ‘Am I being unfair to you?’
All are welcome (including men!) to join us at Christchurch at 12 noon and then afterwards for a light lunch.
Women from the different churches in Newmarket will be taking part. Look forward to seeing you.
