to a Level III or IV offense, and the campus administration may consider DAEP placement or expulsion, as warranted. 21.BL
▫sexual harassment ; may include sending or posting electronic messages that are abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, damaging to another’s reputation, or illegal. (Note: Some conduct of this nature may be so offensive that it also may be classified as a felony or other illegal offense and may, therefore, result in DAEP placement or expulsion.)
