Dear Mr. Cochran:
Enclosed are the results for the water samples collectedfor the eleventh quarter. A sample of the discharge water wascollected as required under your permit 91MC018. Per ourtelephone conversation on June 24, 1992, this quarterly samplinginvolved analysis for volatile organics. This quarter's sampleswere collected under activity number ZI8L3. The resultsindicated the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedureparameters did not exceed the regulatory limit. Sample ZI8L3-001is the effluent from the treatment process. Sample 003 is a rawwater sample; sample 002 is treated water prior to stripping.These samples were obtained for determining interceptor trenchoperation efficiency.
During the eleventh quarter, approximately 36,980 gallons ofwater were treated and discharged. The mean flow was in therange of one and a half gallons per minute. The peak flow wasless than four gallons per minute.
The week of December 26, 1994, is when the next quarterlysampling is scheduled to be performed. Please contact me at(913) 551-5021 if you have any questions concerning the enclosedsample results or future sampling needs.
