He was born in Irvine,Kentucky, on October 6,1940toDonaldAdkinsandStanleySue(McIntosh)Ad-kins. Both parents precedehimindeath.Jimserved intheUnitedStatesArmy. He married Esther M.(Hurst) Adkins on October6, 1962 in First Church ofGodinHartfordCity. Jim retired in1998 fromGMinMarionafter30yearsofservice.HewasamemberofUAWLocal966inMar-ionandwasanavid fisher-man. He will be sadly missedby his loving wife of 53yearsEstherAdkinsofHart-fordCity;daughter,DebraS.Green (Linnie) of Portland;son,JamesD.AdkinsJr.ofPortland; four grandchil-dren: Jordan Adkins, Lind-seyGreen,KimberlyTrisselandAvaAdkins; two greatgrandchildren: Jonah Ad-kinsandJacobGildner;twobrothers: Glenn Beachler(Susan) of Middletown,Ohio; and Leroy Hinton ofCalifornia; a sister, BrendaHallofColumbus,Ohio;and

HewasanativeofEstillCounty,bornSeptember14,1939,asonofthelateLeslieandEdithLeeHall.Mr.HallwasamemberoftheSouthNorwoodChurchofChrist,andheenjoyedworkingonautomobiles. Hewasprecededindeathbyhisson,JeffHall;andhissisters: Peggy Hall BaileyandDarleneHall. Survivors,otherthanhiswifeJo,includehisdaugh-ter, Jill Durst (David); his

brother,JimHall(Carol);hissisters:JeanTodd(Clinton),Gloria Gabbard (Ronnie),Faye Freeman, Ann Mc-Coy, Brenda Baker (Bob),Linda Blythe (Tom), andNancy Bailey (Columbus);his grandchildren: Zach-ary,Rachel,Levi,andJacobDurst; and several niecesandnephews. Mr. Clem is survivedby his wife, Norma JeanClem;hismother,MaryTip-ton Clem; a sister, BlancheClemTaylor;threestepchil-dren: Bobby Hester, SherryWarnock,andBruceHester(Joy); step-grandchildren;severalniecesandnephews;sevenaunts;fivebrothers-in-law;andfoursisters-in-law. Mrs.JoneswasbornDe-cember 12, 1948 in Win-chester,KentuckytothelateBillWatkins,aWorldWarIIveteran,andthelateGenevaBishop Watkins, a home-maker.ShegrewupinEstillCountyandtookgreatprideinthiscounty. Alma was blessed andsurrounded with a largegroupoflovingfamilyandfriends. She married herbest friend, Chester RayJones,onJuly31,1971andhadaveryblessedmarriageof 44 years, and togethertheywereblessedwithonedaughter. Alma was therock of the family and to-gether theysharedastrongfaith inGod, loved tohelpothers,lovedtocamp,fish,and hunt. She was alwayswantingtocutupandhaveagoodtime.Mrs.Joneswasa retiredcosmetologist andajunkdealer. ShebelongedtotheSouthIrvineChristianChurchandlovedherchurchverymuch.She found true comfort inGodandhispromises, andhe carried his promise outandhasgivenheranenter-nallifewithhim. She is preceded in deathby her dad, BillWatkins, andmom,GenevaBishopWatkins. Mrs. Jones is survivedby her husband, ChesterRayJonesofRavenna;one
