The resulting four emotionally stable traits of a nurturing personality
can be characterized as:
Agreeableness: It refers to how individuals relate with others and how considerate they
are of their feelings and opinions
Agreeable people see others as mostly honest and trustworthy; they are
straightforward and frank; willing to help out; yielding rather than
aggressive in conflict; modest and unpretentious; and caring, nurturing,and supportive.

Extraversion
It is characterized as outgoing, gregarious, physically active, charming,
and socially dominant.
Extraverted individuals seek out excitement and are readily engaged in
new activities.
They tend to assume leadership roles, especially in leadership vacuums
when nobody else wants to take charge.

Openness to New Experiences
People who are open to new experiences are flexible and broad-
minded.
They are creative, imaginative and intellectual.
They like to try new options, seek out variety, and find emotional
rewards in learning and developing new ideas.
They avoid situations that are highly structured, rigid, or controlled.

Conscientious people are goal-oriented and get things done.
They are dependable, on-time, well-organized, deliberate, methodical,
focused, and efficient.
Since they are rule-oriented, they avoid disorder and impulsive
behavior.

It is a fundamental personality trait in the study of psychology.
It is an enduring tendency to experience negative emotional states.
Individuals who score high on neuroticism are more likely than the
average to experience such feelings as anxiety, anger, guilt, and
depressed mood.

courtesy, and they enjoy providing emotional support to others.
Have nurturing personality traits such as empathy, sensitivity, and
understanding.
Have a genuine sense of responsibility, and they feel satisfied withthemselves.

This is about converting your efforts into tangible or intangible results.

A healthy nurturing personality knows what emotions are to be
concealed and what are to be expressed.
Generally emotions should not be suppressed as they can lead topsychosomatic disorders.

Defective personality individuals are emotionally unstable with respect to
the four positive traits:
Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Openness to newexperiences, and Extraversion.
We can label these people as follows:
Passive
This trait represents extreme lack of Extraversion.
Passive people would see confrontation and rejection as threats; they
do not stand up for their views.

Headstrong
This trait represents extreme lack of Agreeableness
Headstrong people see loss of influence and control as threats and
handle them with confrontation
They lack interpersonal skills

This trait represents extreme lack of Openness
Rigid people see change, uncertainty, and disorder as a threat
Often they lack the skills to adapt to new situations
They handle perceived threats to predictability by adhering to rules and
structure
Distractible
This is the extreme lack of Conscientiousness
Distractible people lack the skills to get organized and disciplined. They
are threatened by excessive structure.

A defective personality generally becomes so obsessed with drivers that
positive commands turns out to be negative commands for them. Thusthese drivers play the role ofstoppers also called injunctions.
For Example:
Being Perfect
A defective personality would be always a guilty conscious of being not
perfect.
The feelings can go to an extent that they feel themselves totallyworthless and useless.

Hurrying Up
A defective personality always tries to finish all the work in the minimumtime and thus they set unrealistic goals.
In order to achieve these unrealistic targets they hurry up and start
many jobs simultaneously and end up in doing no job even up to bareminimum expectations and not even the stipulated time.
These factors may generate unnecessary anxiety in them
Pleasing Everyone:
A defective personality always feels dejected for not being able to
please everyone and continuously accuses itself.
The results could vary from that they start remaining aloof to a
quarreling nature.

Being Strong:
A defective personality will never be intimate to anyone because of the
fear of showing their emotions.
There EQ being less theydont
know when to suppress their emotionsand when to express.
At times they could be too emotional and sometimes they may
suppress their emotions to an extent that it can lead to psychosomatic
disorders.

Trying Hard:
This kind of attitude too is related with setting of unrealistic goals and
defective personality people try hard to achieve them and at the end of
the day feel dejected for not achieving them.
Sometimes this feeling grows to level that they feel committing suicide.
