Pork ham, scalded, smoked, made from the bestpork ham muscle. Delicate, slightly salty. Juice andtender. Dark smoking gives it a characteristicsmoked taste. Excellent for sandwiches andbuffet. No monosodium glutamate. 100 g of theproduct was produced from 100 g of pork.
