MAP a highly efficient foam concrete machine

1. Purpose:the machine is designed for production of foam concrete by mixing foam with concrete

mortar.

2. The device and principles of its work: the machine consists of a foam generator and a mixer

mounted on one frame and connected by hoses. Foam is produced in the foam generator and is

fed into the mixer through a pipeline where it is mixed with the mortar. The produced foam concreteis fed into a casing or mould. Production of foam concrete of certain solidity is automated in thedevice. Having adjusted the device once (digital display) one can get foam concrete of certainsolidity in the future by pressing one button only. !ll faucets necessary for it close and openautomatically.

This device has no analogues according to the level of automation. Today it is the only devicewhich allows production of foam concrete of established solidity without the assistance of qualified

staff or lengthy tunings before each batch.

1. Purpose: foam generator is designed for production of foam for further production of foam

concrete in any mortar mixer (mud room).

2. The device and principles of its work: the foam generator consists of the bloc collecting the

mixture of the foam generator from any capacity. The intae hose of the foam generator is put inany capacity which contains the mixture of the frother (we recommend frother !reom but anyother frother can be used including those prepared by oneself). !fter that the compressor feedspressure and foam comes out of the tube which generates it. &ith the help of valves the texture of
