Is the pressure on the left hand pressure gauge over 2.5 bars?
Completely unscrew the regulator, carry out a manual override in order to remove any impurities, then reset the pressure to 2.5 bars.
If the problem persists, the doser module is defective. Contact our after-sales service.

If effect, the wine or cleaning solution will consume the oxygen in the tubes and rise up to the dosing device, crystallise, block all the tubes and may even damage the dosing module, resulting in
it needing to be replaced.
It is very important to remove the diffuser from the tank and to disconnect it as soon as it is no longer in use.

The machine has lost its calibration value; to check it disconnect and reconnect the device. The first screen that appears will indicate the calibration value. If this value is 0, you will need to reprogramme it.
Programming the calibration value requires you to open the device.

Otherwise, the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve coil is defective.
