How can I update my student rosters on Newsela? Classes imported from Google Classroom are automatically synced each time you sign into Newsela using Google. You can manually “re-sync” by going to the Students tab in your Newsela account settings.

What if I already have classes created on Newsela? Will this remove my other classes? No, importing student rosters from Google Classroom will not remove any of your previous Newsela classes. This syncing tool is just another way to help organize your student rosters.
