Look out for contacts that could bring contract work to our workshop
My vision for Forest Farm Centre is to allow theresidents to realise their full potential, to createan inner sense of self-worth in each and every
resident. The vehicle for this transition, phase 1,will be to increase the volume of work flowing
through the workshop, as well as increasing theevel of skills required for different contracts. Thelevel of skill should sufficiently challenge thosecurrently in the workshop, thus increasing each
individual set of skills.Phase 2, will be incorporated day workers with
the same disabilities, who are unable to findemployment because of their disabilities.
Ultimately ensuring the self sufficiency of theworkshop, which would then improve the lifestyle
of the residents and day workers alike. From
