Sunset Audit Update—Ms. Lund reported on the Sunset Audit Report and Recommendations.
After discussion, Mr. Earwood made a motion to continue to use Nursys® for obtaining
background information on applicants and to allow the use of NPDB reports as appropriate if
there is a determined need. Ms. Turnipseed seconded the motion. Motion carried.
