Online learning- Rapidly becoming one of the most cost-effective ways to educate...
Online Learning
As schools remain closed due to lockdown,
N. K. Bagrodia Global School is embracing remote learn-
ing models to reach to the students. In this unprece-
dented scenario, we are witnessing a paradigm shift in
the way we live our lives and educate our young genera-
tion. As the country is combating the virus at war front,
our school is leaving no stones unturned to make sure-
that child's education is not jeopardized during the process. We have inte-
grated Teams application with all students and teachers attending online
classes, sharing their classwork and homework, creating assignments and
grading them in Teams. The students are actively participating in these
online classes. Additionally, our facilitators are not only helping the stu-
dents in academics but also involving them in numerous activities and com-
petitions to make them invest their day in a better and productive manner.
NK Bagrodia Global School has brought education to the doorsteps of their
students with the goal that no child should be left behind.

“There is a pleasure in the pathless woods. There is a rapture on the lonely shore.
There is society, where none intrudes by the deep sea, and music in its roar. I love
not man the less, but nature more.”
– Lord Byron

‘Emotional Intelligence of Teachers’ by Oxford University Press :
‘It is very important to understand that emotional intelligence is not the
opposite of intelligence, it is not the triumph of heart over head - it is
the unique intersection of both.’ - --David Caruso
The resource person explained the need of emotional intelligence of teachers from
the perspective of philosopher Goleman. He summarizes emotional intelligence into
the following components: Emotional self-awareness, managing one's own emo-
tions, using emotions to maximize intellectual processing and decision-making, in-
cluding self-motivation and developing empathy. According to him, ‘It influences
what we do’, It express how we feel: Just seeing our face students can understand
how we feel. It decides our course of life: Happiness is voyage (road) it is not destiny,
job satisfaction of teachers depends on their attitude.
