2006-2007Warehouse/Counter Sales – Johnson Supply, Inc.At Johnson Supply, I was able to utilize my customer service skills as I worked both the warehouse and the counter. My duties included interacting with customers, pullingorders, answering phones, placing PO's to vendors, loading/unloading trucks, operating forklifts, typing up customer invoices, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. I obtained my EPA through this company.
2007-2012 Counter Sales/Operations Manager/Manager- Watsco, Inc. Through the Watsco acquisition of ACR Group, I worked for ACR Supply, Baker
Distributing, and Gemaire Distributors. As a Counterman and Operations Manager, I wrote tickets, pulled orders, answered phones, wrote PO's to vendors, participated in
numerous inventories, operated forklifts, drove a bobtail delivery truck, performed many cycle counts, inventory control, and ordered office supplies. As a Branch Manager, my duties were the same, but I oversaw the overall sales and operations of the branch.
2012-2013 Counter Sales/Inside Sales Associate- Morrison Supply Co.
As an Inside Salesman at Morrison Supply, I managed customer accounts from inside the branch. My duties included answering phones, writing tickets, writing PO's to vendors, pulling orders, operating forklifts, and inventory control.
2013-2016 Inside Sales/Branch Manager/Account Services- Johnstone Supply
As an employee of Johnstone Supply, I held three different positions with the McCall Group. As a Showroom Salesman, my primary objective was to sell, as Johnstone Supply is a sales-oriented organization. Working the counter, providing constant customer service, writing tickets, pulling orders, operating forklifts, and promoting training classes were my duties. As a member of the Account Services department, I answered phones, made out bound sales calls and emails, serviced customer accounts (inside sales support) from inside the branch, and wrote tickets for all eight (8) of our branches. I also went on sales calls with my outside salesman I was paired up with. As a Branch Manager, my main responsibility was to oversee branch sales, as well as the individual sales of my employees. I interacted with customers, wrote tickets, pulled orders, and maintained a well-balanced inventory.
