Regulations

• Schedule 1 – no therapeutic value (cannabis,LSD)

• Schedule 2 & 3 – can be prescribed (heroin, amphetamine, temazepam)

• Schedule 4 – can be prescribed (mostly benzodiazepines)

• Schedule 5 – over the counter medications
