2.If their companions are getting more appreciation. Consequently, others will try to excel.

Low skilled can do better if:
1.They remain within skilled ones and learn from them.
2.They are expected to perform well.

Highly repititive task performers can be motivated if:
1.Tend them to perform other varieties of tasks.
2.Rise the salary and give them bonus if they initiate doing different assignments well.
3.Implementation of variety of jobs.
The organisation can perform well if each individual possesses a strong sense of self motivation. In the organisation, adequate needs of everyone should be fulfilled. If organisation yearns for achievement of goal, then everyone will realize his/her importance in this regard. Then the organisation will leave no stone unturned to be at par with other ones rather to be an example for other ones.
