If you stick the soaked Mat

or Bandana in the refrigerator

for 10 minutes, the excess

water begins to evaporate.

It won’t feel so wet, but it will

have super-cooling power! I

don’t much care about a little

wetness. I overheat pretty

quick, and I don’t want to get

heat exhaustion.

How To Get The Most Out Of YourDoggie Mat or Bandana:1. Put the Mat or Bandana into a bowl of cold water. Or maybe

fill the sink and use that. It takes about 30 minutes to plumpup (that’s the cooling crystals saturating).

2. Once you take the Mat or Bandana out of the bowl, you canbrush off some of the excess surface water, but keep in mindthat plenty of water is still contained in those cooling crystalsinside the Mat or Bandana. It’s the cooling crystals filled withwater that keeps your doggie cool, so don’t try to wring theproduct out. The more water in the cooling crystals, the longerthe cooling effect lasts.

3. The cotton/poly material that the MiraCool product is madefrom can cause excess water to bead up on the Mat orBandana, so it may feel wet at first. Personally (it’s Kaboodletalking), I get a little agitated when drops of water get on me,so I have my owner wipe the Mat or Bandana down with a drycloth so it’s dry on the outside. MiraCool still feels nice andcool but those nasty drips are taken care of.

4. The Mat or Bandana will stay hydrated for a few days and youcan reactivate it quickly. Better yet you can put in therefrigerator to keep cold for the next day.

5. Washing the Mat or Bandana should be done by handwith a mild soap. Then just hang to dry. You can reuseyour MiraCool product thousands of times. Hi, I’m Kit.
