Placing manufacturer products on shelves within retail establishments in a neat and orderly manner

Placing Point of Purchase (POP) information, signage, stickers or other required materials in

Communicating with the Field Operations Manager (FOM) and other Beam Team representatives as
may be required to receive and carryout special instructions for completing the assembly and
placement of products for merchandising.
Identification of specific issues such as missing products, incorrect products, or any circumstance
which would not allow timely completion of work activity according to plan.
Following all company and customer safety practices without exception.
Completing appropriate records of activity, which may be required including but not limited to
“Sign Offs”, pictures, reports, and other paperwork as may be required. Must provide daily recaps
of work completed to Field Operations Manager.
Removing stock or readjusting the position of stock currently on display according to plans.
Communicating with the customer representative(s) in a supportive and professional manner at all
times.
Overseeing the work area safety and cleanliness at all times and providing direction to the work
team as appropriate to maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
Completing all reporting as required on the appropriate electronic systems such as “Mile 26” or
“ISES” etc.
Monitoring and entering all hours accurately in Mile 26 daily for the assigned team.

Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
