Summer 08 Strength &
Conditioning• Our program trains the proper energy
system for football through running, lifting, agilities, and stretching.
• Not training the proper energy system (6-8 weeks) prior to the start of padded practices has led to cases of injuries, heat illnesses, and other life threatening situations due to the body not being ready for the demands of football.
