Introduction Message
Sofia – MCVP oGCDP
Being in the MC is the best decision that I took for this
year. Every day I have the chance to interact with a real-
ly unique & diverse team, learn how to communicate my
needs & cooperate with them, test my limits & realize
my strengths as a person.
The MC experience gives me the opportunity to fight every single day for a future
that I want to see for my country, enhances the belief that I have for Greek Youth &
shapes my ambition for life. Things in the MC run so fast, creating & implementing
strategies, delivering conferences, interacting with the National & Global Plenary!
These moments keep you in alert, improve your efficiency and give you the amazing
feeling of accomplishment when you go to sleep and think that you made a differ-
ence today in someone's life! :)
Stacey – MCVP GIP Being in the MC team of AIESEC in Greece to me is one
of the most unforgettable experience, as an international
MC here, I am experiencing not only the challenging, in-
tensive and enjoyable MC VP position itself, but all those
amazing Greek people, culture, living as well!
This MC journey is all about constantly discovering, chal-
lenging myself and taking bold actions, achieving a
common purposeful goal with my one and only MC
teammates.
For those who haven’t decided to take the responsibility of being a leader in MC
team or not, believe me, once you decided to take action to make difference here of
AIESEC in Greece, this amazing experience will also shape you into another differ-
ent yourself you want to see.

Vassia – MCVP Finance & Legal
Leading the biggest global youth organization in your
country is truly once in a lifetime experience. MC term is
a milestone full of unique moments and talented people.
Every day you have the chance to challenge yourself, ex-
ceed your limits. Things happen fast and you have to be
on alert, adjust when needed, always prioritize and com-
municate effectively with all your stakeholders. And these
are the moments when you realize how many things you
can achieve and do.
The MC experience is full of learning points. You understand better who you are and
who you want to be. You see how the others perceive you, what you want in life and
what you can achieve. You also get the perspective of how the world and Greece
looks like and have the power to dream of it, impact it and do it better, more than any
other time in your life! Passion, responsibility, commitment and hard work can make
everything happen in the MC life. Deciding to be part of the MC is a difficult deci-
sion that only a few people dare to make, but the ones who make it, never regret it
for sure, no matter what!:)
Renata – MCVP CR If you can dream it, you can do it.
This is maybe the most important thing, my MC experi-
ence taught me from the beginning, even since I was fill-
ing this application, like you are doing now. Being in the
MC, you get in touch with your limits, work hard both
alone and in a team, learn how to face and overcome chal-
lenges and of course have fun trying to do the impossible
;)
But most importantly you realize that all dreams can come true, it just needs the
courage to pursue them.
Seeing the organization from a national perspective, it evolves your strategic think-
ing, empowers a lot your feeling of responsibility and ownership for your country
and the world.
Interacting with the external environment, gives you the opportunity to feel the rele-
vance of the organization to the core and the chance to act upon it.
But in the end, what you get to realize as MCVP is that you can create and design
the most amazing plan in the world, but it takes people to make the dream a reality.
And leading an organization full of passionate people, determined to make a change,
is the greatest gift of all.

Christina – MCVP Marketing & PR
Before applying for the MC, I had just returned after living
and traveling in some of the biggest cities in West Europe.
After seeing life & opportunities there, I was very disap-
pointed from Greece and I was determined to finish my
university asap and go back.
However, after seeing lots of passionate AIESECers
fighting for their dreams and Greece, despite the “hopeless” situation, I got really
inspired to stay and do my best to create, act and change what I don’t like.
Applying for the MC was one of the scariest but best decisions I’ve ever made.
When your decisions & actions influence hundreds of lives, you’re forced to over-
come yourself and be your best. During 4 months I’ve learned a lot more than in 3
years of university, traveling or working. But more important, I believed again in
myself, my country and the people around me.

Dear reader,
I cannot tell you how happy and glad I am you took the de-
cision to open this booklet. If you are thinking of applying
for MC it means that you took a first step to the most amaz-
ing journey of your life.
Being able to bring impact and change people’s lives every day is what makes this
position so special. You have the power, through this sector, to make a difference, to
give back to society and to bring change in Greece.
In the same time, the MC experience it’s like an emotional roller coaster, it lifts you
up and it puts you down, all in the same day. You can have so many strong and di-
verse feelings but, at the end of the day you will feel fulfilled and proud of yourself,
of your team and you will realize that the most important of all is enjoying the ride,
your ride.
Yours truly.
Efthimia –MCVP HR & LCD
Being in the MC is once in a life time experience. Chal-
lenge yourself, strong connections, self-discovery, strategic
decisions and embracing the responsibility of every single
action you do for the whole organization & the country, are
few words that describe my experience so far.
An experience that shows me every day that there is noth-
ing a young person cannot do, as soon as you have strong
purpose, will, grit, values and the right people around you.
Leading, first of all by example, a youth organization in a country that has such a
need of value-driven and capable young people is a privilege that makes you feel
humble, mature and proud every day. Being part of the MC is definitely life lesson
and one of the most valuable one year investments a young person can do for his/her
personal empowerment and future.
