Overview Mayfair Hotel & Spa, located in
Miami’s stylish Coconut Grove
neighborhood, is a four-star
independent property featuring
179 luxury suites, premium event
space, and a world-class day spa.
The hotel’s average daily rate
runs from $260 to $280 during
the high season from November
through February, and from $150
to $160 during the remainder
of the year.
Following a period of declining
revenue and poor conversion
rates on its hotel website,
Mayfair turned to Travel Tripper

Prior to working with Travel
Tripper, Mayfair employed a
legacy hotel reservations system
on its website that performed
poorly. The booking engine
had an outdated and clunky
design that made it frustrating
for travelers to make direct
bookings. Usability problems
included having photos too
small to see and information

many room and rate options.
