PEMILIHAN PENGGUNA BETON PRECAST
1. Faktor kualitas.
Pada umumnya diproduksi di pabrik lebih terjamin kualitasnya, dan dapat
memakai beton dengan mutu yang lebih tinggi.
2. Faktor Project Site.
Lokasi proyek yang terpencil, maupun ketersediaan lahan yang terbatas/
sempit seringkali tidak memungkinkan produksi di site proyek.
3. Faktor Schedule pelaksanaan.
Pemakaian beton precast dapat mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan.
4. Faktor biaya pelaksanaan.
Penggunaan beton precast umumnya dapat mengurangi biaya pelaksanaan.
5. Faktor kemudahan pelaksanaan dilapangan.
Dengan memakai beton precast maka pelaksanaan dapat dilakukan
dengan lebih praktis karena tidak perlu diproduksi di lapangan.
