PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIPCourse Goal: To figure out what I am most passionate about in the entertainment industry and learn the definition of mastery as well as what it takes to become a master in my field.
Strategies:
Read “Mastery” by Robert Greene (2012)
Familiarize myself more with Lynda.com and other academic resources such as LexisNexis Academic and EBSCOhost that Full Sail has to offer in order to use them to my advantage in future classes.
Watch tutorials and episodes from industry leaders on http://pensadosplace.tv/ to learn new techniques and strengthen my craft.
Join Grammy U in order to network and get involved more with industry events.
FEBRUARY 2014 - EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Course Goal: To learn skills and strategies that will allow me to take management qualities and turn them into executive leadership.
Strategies:
Join The C.E.O. Society in order to network and communicate with others who are trying to achieve the same goals.
