Your brand should illustrate who youare and what a potential client canexpect from you. Don't simply listyour accomplishments. Your benefitstatement, as Gordon calls it, shouldclarify what clients receive, not whatyou offer. In other words, come fromthe clients' perspective: don't sellwhat you've got, let the prospects buywhat they need.
