Steps to Becoming a Q-II Self Manager
Identify the key roles you play. Select 2-3 results for each role. Schedule your week to achieve
these results. Daily Adapt . Live life as a Q-II Self
Manager!
APPLICATION: (Time allotted: 35 minutes)
Select a partner. Using Drucker or Covey’s approach, develop a time log
or a weekly Q-II calendar. (This will be a draft format without entries.)
When your format is completed, find another participant pair that has completed the same exercise (Covey or Drucker).
Combine ideas from both formats.When completed, all four people sign the format &
record time exercise is completed.
