Milind MuzumdarIndore: It is clear from the work-ing style of Chief Minister Shiv-raj Singh Chouhan and StatePresident Vishnu Dutt Sharmathat the power and organiza-tions in Madhya Pradesh arepreparing to follow the agendaof the Sangh.

Recently, state in-charge PMuralidhar Rao and ShivPrakash called a big meeting ofBJP in Bhopal. It is clear fromthe decisions taken in this meet-ing that the agenda of the Sanghwill be implemented in thestate.

Chief Minister Shivraj SinghChouhan has made no effort tocross the Sangh’s line in hisfourth innings. He has alsochanged the image of himself asa liberal Hindutva leader. Al-though the Chief Minister hasindicated that appointmentswill be made in the corporationboard only after the by-elec-tions, but whenever they hap-

pen, he will give importance tothe opinion of the Sangh. Forthis reason, there is talk of tak-ing three divisional organizationsecretaries of BJP Jitendra Lito-ria, Shailendra Barua andAshutosh Tiwari in the corpora-tions boards.

According to sources, in cir-cles like Text Book Corporation,Labor Commission, Gau SewaAayog and Staff Commission, the workers associated withSangh Parivar organizations canbe given importance. The Sanghhas also asked the BJP for theformation of Deendayal Antyo-daya Samitis.

Preparation for this is alsogoing on. Apart from this, theSangh has said that while doingmicromanagement, BJP shouldappoint workers till the ArdhPanna Pramukh and form ateam till the polling station. TheSangh wants that full-timeworkers should be appointed asorganization assistants for all

the assembly constituencies ofMadhya Pradesh.

It is also the intention of theSangh that the BJP should orga-nize training camps and trainthe workers so that the party canstand firmly in terms of ideolo-gy. Along with this, special focushas will also be on Dalits andAdivasis.

How Deendayal committeeswill be formed

Deendayal Antyodaya com-mittees will be formed fromtehsil level to state level. 51 peo-ple will be kept as members inthe state level committee, 21 inthe district level committee and11 people in the tehsil level

committee. It is proposed to form com-

mittees at the ward level in thecity in which 11 each memberswill be kept.

Deendayal Antyodaya Samitiwill monitor the governmentschemes, monitor the quality ofconstruction works and dealwith the public works in coordi-nation with the officials.

Thousands of workers will beadjusted through these commit-tees. For a long time, the work-ers have felt that they are notgetting a share in power.

The plan for the formation ofDeendayal Antyodaya Samitiwas originally from KushabhauThackeray, the father figure ofthe BJP.

It was decided at the time ofPatwa government but couldnot be implemented. Now it willbe implemented on a largescale. However, in some dis-tricts, Antyodaya committeeshave also been formed.
